The FORM Registered Installer Network connects homeowners with skilled professionals familiar with FORM’s systems and products.
Registered Installers have completed an orientation designed to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to deliver a seamless experience. This program empowers homeowners to find professionals familiar with FORM’s offerings while maintaining their independence as contractors.
FORM Registered Installers are independent contractors who operate separately from FORM. FORM does not supervise, endorse, or assume liability for their actions. Clients are encouraged to independently verify all contractor credentials, including licensing and insurance.

What Does Registration Cover:
Becoming a FORM Registered Installer involves completing a short training program followed by a knowledge assessment. This process ensures you understand the key systems and processes necessary for smooth, successful installations. Specifically, we evaluate the following:
GlidePath Understanding: Demonstrating your ability to follow FORM’s structured project roadmap, ensuring customer expectations are set properly to minimize surprises.
Product Training: Familiarity with our installation packs and key components of our cabinetry system, including special joining screws, spacer brackets, and hanging rails.
Problem-Solving Skills: Knowing how to address on-site issues, when to escalate problems, and how to minimize delays or disruptions.
Commitment to Quality: Maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Customer Experience Focus: Ensuring clear, proactive communication with customers to create a positive and seamless experience.
What Does Registration Not Cover:
To be transparent, FORM’s Registered Installer Network doesn’t cover everything. Here’s what it does not include:
General Contractor Qualifications: We don’t verify licensing, insurance, or compliance with local regulations. These are the responsibility of the installer and the homeowner.
Site-Specific Advice: FORM doesn’t provide guidance on general construction tasks, addressing structural issues, or meeting local building codes.
Endorsements or Guarantees: Being a Registered Installer shows familiarity with FORM products and processes, but it doesn’t imply a formal endorsement or guarantee of the installer’s quality.
