As a decorating enthusiast and Process Improvement Expert based in Southern California, she has an impressive track record of transforming spaces, with numerous remodels under her belt. After spending countless hours online seeking inspiration, Cindy stumbled upon a barstool that set the tone for her new kitchen's aesthetic. Her search eventually led her to the FORM website, where she found a kitchen featuring that same captivating barstool. During her initial consultation with FORM, Cindy discovered the perfect collaborator in Renesis, her FORM Designer. By a happy coincidence, Renesis had also designed the inspirational kitchen Cindy had admired on the FORM website. Together, they brought Cindy's made-to-order monochrome vision into reality. The result? A stunning, streamlined home that seamlessly blends the functionality and aesthetics of her kitchen with the rest of Cindy’s crisp, textural scheme.

Personalized and Polished
To say Cindy's designs are visually striking would be an understatement. With a passion for experimentation, each of her remodel projects showcases a distinctive style and ambiance. Initially drawn to a muted, earthy palette, Cindy ultimately chose a classic black and white scheme that unified the entire condo renovation. She carefully balanced this high-contrast scheme with warm wooden accents and soft, textured furnishings. The durable, textural finish of our Nero Oak Reproduction cabinetry particularly inspired Cindy. When paired with open shelving and a dramatic porcelain backsplash, this bold choice permeates her home, impressing visitors with its crispness and meticulous attention to detail.

Practically Perfect
With a career anchored in efficiency, Cindy's practical and organized approach is evident. Together with Renesis, she cleverly incorporated innovative storage solutions, such as a roll-up appliance garage and deep, easy-access drawers, in place of traditional cabinets. These drawers neatly organize everything from pots and pans to small appliances and pantry staples, keeping countertops clear and everything within reach. Cindy also added specialized compartments for utensils and tools and chose textured baskets to further personalize her storage, ensuring each item has a designated spot.

Elegant Bathroom Makeover
Cindy extended her keen eye for design into the bathroom. By removing one of the basins, she made room for a dressing table—an element she had always wanted. The bespoke FORM cabinetry not only adds functionality to her daily routine but also infuses the space with a sense of luxury and personalization. The use of sleek, modern fixtures and soft lighting ensures the bathroom remains a serene retreat.

A Design Triumph
Reflecting on the remodeling process, Cindy praised the seamless integration of FORM’s design and online experience. She enjoyed working through the catalog and selecting exactly what she needed for every drawer and cabinet interior. What’s more, the entire renovation was expertly handled by her trusted installer, Sam Golbabaie of Keystone Design Build, who also worked on her previous project. Despite unexpected challenges with city regulations and ADA compliance, the project was a huge success, resulting in a space that’s beautiful and perfectly suited to her California lifestyle.
