Perfect-Fit Guarantee
We want to take the pressure out of taking measurements.
Your designer will help you with measurements. If there is a mistake for any reason, we will work with you to make it fit right. Walls are never 100% straight so all kitchen companies will use some filler pieces, but with over 3,500 sizes we can keep this to a minimum.
Guaranteed Delivery Date
Delivered on time or receive a credit.
We understand timely delivery is crucial for your planning. Once your order is confirmed, we schedule production and provide you with a 'factory quoted delivery date'—carefully planned to include a buffer for unforeseen circumstances. If your delivery is delayed beyond this date, we'll credit $150 per business day to your FORM account, up to $1500. Use this credit for any future purchases or services with FORM. *Remedials are handled separately.
25-Year Manufacturing Warranty
We cover everything arising from a manufacturing defect.
Our kitchens are built to last. All our products are engineered and tested extensively. We use the same premium materials and hardware as other high-end brands that are 2-3 times the price.
