Explore Our Top Kitchens of 2023

In 2023, we had the great fortune of working with some seriously amazing clients – from creatives who built their dream retreat on the Central Coast of California to a growing family in North Carolina who wanted to create the ultimate gathering space to an entrepreneur who transformed his 19th century farmhouse in upstate New York. We’re excited to share with you our 15 favorite kitchens below.

1. A Sleek Sanctuary in a Boston Condo

Stone Prum was on the path to becoming a high-end chef, and then made the pivot into luxury real estate. And he made the pivot quite well; he’s among the top 1.5% of realtors in the country. He worked with FORM to turn his dated kitchen in his hip Boston loft into a sleek space perfect for cooking, mixing cocktails, and entertaining with his friends. We love the generously sized appliance garage and the beautifully lit, glass-fronted upper cabinets.

2. A High-End Hospitality Concept in Connecticut

Charles Teti and Aidan Cassidy have backgrounds in high-end fashion and residential interiors, and they’ve always dreamt of a project that would showcase their talents and become an integral part of the New England village they love. They worked with FORM on their 9 Academy project to create beautifully integrated kitchens and spa-like bathrooms in their high-end rentals. Book your stay next time you’re in the area!

3. A Beautiful A-frame In Remote California

In 2020, Drew Barefoot and his wife decided to build their home, a creative haven for two artists and their son and their dog. Inspired by their childhood memories in the mountains, and the desire to build an inspiring place to feed their creativity, Drew and his wife decided to buy a piece of land in a secret location a few kilometers from the coast. We designed their kitchen to be a place of creativity, cooking, community, and relaxation.

4. A Modern Kitchen in Architectural South Carolina Mountain Home

Julie and Scott Keyes are a husband-and-wife architectural team who built their state-of-the-art Greenville home to settle their growing family and showcase their growing business. This stunning modern retreat in the Paris Mountains is such a modern statement for the area, but inside is a warm home and perfectly appointed kitchen for their day-to-day living.

5. A Pinterested-Inspired Kitchen in the Bay Area

Our clients in Mill Valley, CA were hunting for a modern look, but also tons of functionality, since they have three kids with busy lives. They discovered our cabinetry on Pinterest and made their dream kitchen happen, all from the convenience of their home. We love how pristine and calming this kitchen is, and how much functionality is packed into every single cabinet. This kitchen was also featured in the print edition of California Home + Design.

6. Luxury Rentals on Nantucket

Justin and Claire Schaeffer created High Tide Homes to create extraordinary homes on Nantucket using innovative building practices and materials, and leveraging technology to streamline the process. We did two homes’ worth of bathrooms and kitchens with them and love how beautiful these retreats turned out.

7. A Pristine White Kitchen in a DC Artist’s Home

Jen Ramos is a creative entrepreneur and a multimedia designer. She started her career in paper goods, designing greeting cards and now paints originals on raw canvas that are stunning, sophisticated and modern – like her new kitchen. Tour this beautiful space that was coincidentally installed by another Jen Ramos, who is in our Featured Installers Network.

8. A Stunning Guest Suite in Utah

Amanda Jane Jones is a wonderfully talented designer and children’s book author. We’ve had the good fortune of working with her in two kitchens – both of which were featured in Domino. This one is in her guest suite and it’s so beautifully integrated into the space that it’s almost like it’s not there. But behind those doors and drawers are tons of storage.

9. A Modern Farmhouse in August, GA

Amanda and Jake Eichenberger dreamed of a modern ranch house for their family of seven. But in Augusta, Georgia, where they have lived for a while, this house style is more exotic and rare than popular. When they decided to build a ranch house, they struggled with finding the right partners willing to design a modern house inside and outside. They found a contractor and FORM to create Amanda’s dream modern kitchen.

10. A Modern, Homey Kitchen in Virginia

Rose Ramseur is a stunning interior designer who had been thinking about remodeling her kitchen for years. She always prioritizes functionality in her design work, and wanted cabinetry with extreme practicality. Her overall aesthetic is Scandinavian with a bit of whimsy and she nailed that in her FORM Kitchen. Check out her other work at Primrose Design.

11. A  Zen Retreat in The Hamptons

2 Wagon Lane is a modern, spa-like home in East Hampton that has stunning architectural details and Zen feels. The creative mind behind this stunning home is Ben Dixon. He’s been renovating properties since he was 12 years old, helping his dad out on job sites. Now he renovates stunning properties out in The Hamptons and in the city, and FORM was fortunate to work on the 2 Wagon Lane project with him.

12. A Relaxation Zone for Aspen Entrepreneurs

For Emily and George Bibb, co-owners and founders of Breef and The Aspen Office, the pandemic changed their lives. The global situation forced them to cancel their wedding celebration but ignited the dream of having a second home outside of bustling New York City. Enter the beautiful Aspen retreat, where we got to design the ultimate cooking and relaxing kitchen space for them – they do a weekly pizza night every week to decompress.

13. A Kid-Friendly Kitchen for a Modern Family in NC

The kitchen is often called the heart of a home, and the Jones family demonstrates that for a modern family, this is more important than ever. Discover how Alexandria and Tyler Jones worked with FORM to design a flexible communal gathering space where the family can cook safely, eat and be together, and tackle a craft or two.

14. A Rustic-But-Modern Cabin in the Catskills

Meet Orphy and John German-Tucker, owners of Clapper Hollow Cabins, a vacation rental business that gives people the opportunity to relax and connect in nature with three stunning homes thoughtfully designed to make guests feel, well, at home. For their most recent project, a mid-century ranch style cabin in the woods in upstate New York, they chose FORM as their partner to transform a worn-out nineties kitchen into an original, modern and cozy space with everything visitors need for a memorable vacation.

15. The Ultimate Modern Farmhouse Kitchen in Upstate NY

Step inside David and his husband’s breathtaking 1850s farmhouse kitchen, where traditional meets timeless charm. The couple skilfully restored and modernized this upstate New York home, showcasing its heritage while adding modern comfort. The kitchen is a showstopper, with gorgeous rustic wood cabinetry from FORM Kitchens that flawlessly combines practicality and grace.

"We believe that good design improves people's lives. We focus on personalization, performance, and peace of mind."
